I combine objective and subjective data and measures to maximise performance through balancing training load and training response. I believe that keeping training enjoyable is most important when it comes to long-term success. Followed by training consistency, frequency, intensity distribution. Keeping things training enjoyable helps for consistency and long term fitness. All these factors work together to increase performance.
Additionally, I have gained alot of experience by racing internationally, doing research and being coached by some of the best coaches in the worlds. Racing in Europe has menat that I have gained appreciation for the different types of strossors that affect performance.
I really enjoy coding and analysing data. I use these additional interests to improve the coaching process, therefore improving the athlete.
